This last month has felt I’d say surreal but I LOVE surrealism and I very much do not love what this last month has meant to most of the people I care about so maybe unreal. I don’t know if I’ll ever find the right words so I think I’ll just keep trying to make some tiny changes. Thank you so much to everyone who has ordered prints, I’ve mailed them all to you so let me know if they haven’t arrived. We’ve raised £540 so far for helpmusicians.org.uk. I’ll leave my shop open so seascape prints can still be ordered. Have a look here.
I’ve been a bit rubbish at spreading the word about a few recent wedding features so here are the links –
Thanks so much to the folks involved in each of these features and the lovely suppliers involved on the days, many of whom are wedding collective pals…speaking of which (subtle), there’s a Glasgow evening market to get in the diary for couples planning their nuptials, The Briggait, Thursday 26th July –
And from 4 July the Edinburgh Collage Collective have an exhibition, as part of their summer of Vinylism events, at Tent Gallery. One of my collages features and she’s for sale for teapot-trust.org so swing by and have a look. The Teapot Trust provide art therapy across hospitals in Scotland for children with longterm illness. The Edinburgh Collage Collective also host an open workshop for 8-16 year olds at Tent Gallery on Saturday 7 July.
